Valet trash service is a doorstep or backdoor trash collection offering where we come directly to your home or unit, pick up your bagged trash, and transport it to the dumpster or curb — so you never have to make that trip yourself. We offer two service types: Backdoor-to-Curb for residential homeowners, and Doorstep-to-Dumpster for multifamily apartment communities.
We currently serve two markets. In Charleston SC, we provide full service for multifamily properties, build-to-rent communities, STR operators, HOA communities, and residential homeowners — covering North Charleston, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, James Island, Daniel Island, and surrounding areas. In Atlanta GA, we serve multifamily, BTR, and STR operators across the metro, including Buckhead, Midtown, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Marietta, and Decatur.
Yes. Trash Day Made Easy is fully licensed and insured. All team members are background-checked before working in our service areas. We carry general liability insurance and operate as a registered LLC headquartered in North Charleston, SC.
Yes. We serve residential homeowners with our Backdoor-to-Curb bin valet service, and we serve property operators — including multifamily apartment communities, build-to-rent portfolios, HOA communities, and short-term rental operators — with our Doorstep-to-Dumpster and curbside management services.
The easiest way is to call us at 843-955-3132 or submit a request through our contact form. For residential service, we'll confirm your address is in our service area and set up your weekly collection day. For property operators, we'll discuss your property type, unit count, and service needs and build a custom plan.
Residential Service
On your municipal trash collection day, we come to your property and pull your trash and recycling bins from your backdoor or side yard to the curb before the truck arrives. After your bins have been emptied, we return them to their designated spot. You don't have to do anything — we handle it start to finish, every week.
We place bins at the curb early enough to ensure they're out before your municipal collection truck comes through. Collection schedules vary by neighborhood, so we time our route accordingly. If you have concerns about your specific collection time, just let us know when you sign up.
Service continues in all weather conditions — rain, wind, cold, and heat. That's part of what makes the service valuable. You don't have to go out in the dark or bad weather on collection morning. Our team is out there regardless.
Our Backdoor-to-Curb service means you don't need to put anything out — we come to wherever your bins are stored (backdoor, side yard, or designated bin area) and take it from there. There's nothing for you to remember or do on collection day.
We service standard residential trash and recycling bins provided by your municipality. If you have questions about specific bin sizes or extra bags, just reach out and we'll confirm what we can accommodate for your address.
No. You don't need to be home. We access your bins from their storage location, move them to the curb, and return them after collection — all without you needing to be present. Every visit is photo-documented so you have confirmation that service was completed.
No long-term contract is required. Residential service is available month-to-month with no cancellation penalty. We also offer annual billing at a discounted rate — annual billing gets you one month free. Cancel anytime with reasonable notice.
Residential bin valet service starts at $49/month for weekly service. Annual billing is available at a discount — pay for 11 months and get the 12th free. Pricing may vary based on service area and specific needs. Contact us for a quote for your address.
Multifamily & Operator Service
Residents place bagged trash outside their unit door by a designated time — typically 8PM. Our team arrives in the evening, collects from every door throughout the community, and transports all bags to your property's compactor or dumpster. Each visit is photo-confirmed. Your staff doesn't need to manage the process at all.
Collection schedule is set based on your property's needs and your dumpster or compactor pickup schedule. Most multifamily properties run nightly collection Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday. We work with you to set the right schedule for your community.
Yes. We work with property management companies and portfolio owners across multiple properties. We can service several communities under a single service agreement and provide consistent execution across all of them. Contact us to discuss your portfolio.
After each collection visit, our team documents service with photo confirmation. This gives property managers verifiable proof that service occurred at your property — useful for ownership reporting, resident disputes, and vendor accountability. You have a record of every visit.
Standard valet trash collection covers bagged household waste. Items that cannot be collected during a regular visit (oversized items, furniture, boxes) are noted and we can coordinate bulk item pickup as an add-on service. We'll flag any issues during our rounds so you're not left guessing.
Yes. We offer turnover trash handling as part of our operator services — removing trash and debris from units during make-ready between residents. This is especially popular with BTR operators and STR hosts who need fast, clean turns between occupants.
We work with properties of various sizes, from smaller boutique communities to large apartment complexes. There is no strict minimum — contact us with your property details and we'll let you know if it's a fit and what pricing looks like for your size.
Most properties are up and running within a few days of signing a service agreement. We'll set up your route, confirm scheduling, and brief your onsite team before the first collection night. The onboarding process is designed to be simple for property management teams.
Billing & Payment
Residential customers are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Property operators and multifamily accounts are typically billed monthly under a service agreement. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and we accept all major credit cards.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — all processed securely through Stripe. We do not accept cash or checks for recurring service accounts.
Yes. Annual billing is available for residential accounts and select operator accounts. Residential customers who pay annually receive one month of service free — effectively paying for 11 months and getting 12. Contact us about annual billing options for property accounts.
Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details. In general, we aim to resolve any service issues directly and quickly. If service was not completed as agreed, we'll make it right.
Service & Reliability
If your municipal collection is delayed due to a holiday, we adjust our service schedule to match. We'll communicate any schedule changes in advance so you know what to expect. Holiday schedules vary by municipality — we stay on top of your local collection calendar.
If a visit is missed for any reason on our end, contact us immediately and we will make it right — either with a make-up visit or a credit. Our photo-verification system helps us track completed visits so we can quickly identify and resolve any missed service.
Call us at 843-955-3132 or reach out through our contact form. We respond quickly and take service issues seriously. Our goal is to be the most reliable vendor you work with — and that means addressing problems fast when they come up.
Yes. All team members who work in our service areas are background-checked before starting with us. We take the trust placed in us by homeowners, residents, and property managers seriously. Our team operates in neighborhoods, around homes, and near residents — background screening is non-negotiable.
